All Wait List applicants must have a good idea of what kind of home they'll be having built or purchasing. 

Remember, all homes in our Village must comply with Appendix Q (info on our Resource page) as well as complying with NOAH Certification (National Organization of Alternative or a Texas certified inspector.

If you don't have this research done we suggest doing so before submitting a Wait List Application.
