Village Tours
Individual tours by request
Due to overwhelming interest we are not able to give individual tours. However we do Group Tours from time to time.
Group Tour times
Tours are given at various times but mostly Sunday mornings, some Saturday mornings and some Tuesday mornings. Check our Facebook or this page for upcoming tour times.

Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village Tour! .
Meet on the sidewalk in front of the Village at 204 Gotcher. Please don't enter the Village on your own.
Tours run an hour to an hour and a half. We give tours of the Village and not the homes as they're privately owned.
Parking at 212 Main Street/City Hall. Do not park at the Village, on the street or at nearby businesses as we strive to be good neighbors. Handicap parking by request.
We recommend visiting one of our locally-owned restaurants after the tour. We can make suggestions.
No homes are included in our tours
Since everyone brings their own homes, all homes are privately owned and are not available for public tours.
Please arrive early
We try to respect the time of our Village residents so we are allotted one hour to enter the village. Our tour group will leave from the parking area at the appointed tour time. After the tour, you're welcome to visit or ask questions on the sidewalk in front of the village.
Parking
Please park at Lake Dallas City Hall at 212 Main Street or the Lake Dallas Library at 302 S. Shady Shores Road and walk over to the Village. DO NOT PARK at our local businesses as we want to be good neighbors. Anyone parking at our neighboring businesses will be asked to leave.
Tour reservations
Reservations are not required.
No pets on tour
Sorry, pets are not allowed on the tours.
No smoking
Smoking isn't permitted on the Village grounds.
