If you have an interest in joining our community please let us know. At this time we have no spaces available but we'd be happy to add you to our Wait List. You will be required to fill out a Wait List Application to get on the list. Since none of our residents have expressed an interest in moving at this time we don't know when we will have an opening.
We don't rent tiny homes but we do have residential rentals in the same neighborhood in the Lake Dallas Downtown District. Those residential rentals include loft apartments, bungalows, rooms and vintage homes. We also have a few commercial units.
