If you have an interest in joining our community please let us know. You will be required to fill out a Wait List Application to get on the list. 

We don't rent tiny homes but we do have residential rentals in the same neighborhood in the Lake Dallas Downtown District. Those residential rentals include loft apartments, bungalows, rooms and vintage homes. We also have a few commercial units.
